SBEN-D3 sole purpose is to create, maintain, update and implement, when necessary, Bronx District 3 Community Emergency & Disaster Plan. Bronx District 3 is the geographic area covered by Bronx Community Board 3 as indicated in the map below. This plan is to be a template for other communities around the Bronx and beyond.
